About Us

Founded in 2004, Evolve started out with one van and a big vision.

Initially focusing on electrical and data work in residential, retail and corporate environments, our direction changed 15 years ago when Evolve was approached to install traditional video conferencing solutions for existing clients and their service providers. We have since put our focus on meeting room technology and to become Aotearoa’s leading electrical, digital and AV technology company.

Now almost 20 years later, through the quality of work and relationships formed, we are completing work on some of New Zealand’s biggest projects for over 350 clients, many of whom have been with us from the start.

We are proudly New Zealand owned and now formally certified and registered as a business supplier under the Amotai Supplier Diversity Program. At Evolve, we are passionate about creating new opportunities and the powerful impact that supplier diversity in Aotearoa can create.

Unlike most other companies, we have in-house registered electricians, AV technicians, IT specialists and project management specialists, some who have been with us from the beginning. Our senior staff have a wealth of experience providing an end-to-end service from residential and commercial cabling and lighting, home automation, digital media and managed IT services and technical network support.
