Site audits were conducted to assess existing meeting rooms, including identifying re-purposable hardware, decommissioning legacy items, and noting power and data outlet positions and quantities. Factors such as room acoustics and other environmental challenges were carefully considered and addressed.

With no reliance on third-party contractors for power and data outlet relocation, our AV installations had minimal downtime and resulted in concealed outlets and tidy cabling for a polished end product.

Despite challenges posed by Covid-related lockdowns and company policies, we created a robust deployment plan based on site audits and successfully achieved minimal downtime during installations in three main centers.
